Ejaj Ahmad is a globally recognized social entrepreneur and leadership educator with extensive experience in climate-vulnerable regions. He founded the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) in 2009 and has trained over 7,500 youth to take on leadership roles across various sectors. In 2022, he established the Global Youth Leadership Center (GYLC) to empower youth to tackle the climate crisis. Ejaj's dedication to youth leadership education has earned him numerous awards, including the Ashoka Fellowship and Eisenhower Fellowship. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of St. Andrews.
