Shihabus Siddiqin

Shihabus Siddiqin is serving as a faculty and assistant manager in the Leadership Development & Teaching team at Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC). With a robust education, skill development, and community engagement background, Shihabus has empowered youth and advanced social welfare over the past five years. At BYLC, he has taught in 19 comprehensive training programs, impacting over 1,300 participants with essential leadership and soft skills. Before joining BYLC, Shihabus made significant contributions at Teach For Bangladesh, dedicating two years to teaching at a government primary school and serving as an EdTech professional in CholPori. He has published over 12 interactive bilingual books for children from CholPori digital books. Shihabus holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and School Improvement from the BRAC Institute of Educational Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Barishal.
