All Shafa Sadia Oyshori is a development professional with experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership development across the health, education, and youth empowerment sectors. As a Fundraising Intern at the BRAC Health Programme, she contributed to proposals and donor analyses for projects funded by GAC, UNITAID, and Pivotal Ventures, and developed rationale documents for competitive donors. At ShopUp, she worked on Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grants promoting women-led economic models.
Her background in public health has deepened her understanding of how climate change affects community health and livelihoods, inspiring her commitment to climate action through a public health lens. She aims to mobilize climate finance and partnerships that connect health, environment, and resilience—empowering youth and communities to drive sustainable change.
